"Went to drop my daughter off, who has SS, this morning at 7:45am and we saw 5 people already lined up of course nowhere for patiences to sit. So some of these people who struggle to walk have to stand up at the door waiting for a bed. When we arrive we see some people laughing joking around hanging out. And only see two people outside of my daughter who look like they are in actual pain. It’s obvious that some are drug seekers but staff just seem to allow it because “pain is subjective”. And once they unlock the doors the druggies rush in to get there fix. This clinic has no priority for the sick. They only give the fix and keep them moving."

"I made an appointment with the expectation of having a conversation with a breast specialist regarding my concerns and wanting to discuss prevention options. Dr. Delia Constanza Guaqueta Segura did not listen to me. She talked at me and cut me off. When I became visibly upset, she told me I needed a therapist stating that I had anxiety. She was more interested in updating my work position then listening to why I was there or answering my questions. I have never been disrespected as a patient, nor left an appointment feeling embarrassed for simply wanting to discuss my health concerns."

"They have good doctors, but management/ administration of that department is poor. I was denied entry for my post surgery appointment because I came with my 5 years old child. Not only this is a stressful place to be due to the nature of it, but the rules are just next level of non-sense. I asked them would they allow me to go in if I would have an" emotional support" animal with me and they couldn't answer the question. Discrimination of mothers with children at a breast cancer institute, what can sound worse? Wrote a complaint, nobody even bothered to acknowledge it."

"I had treatment at the Memorial Infusion Center and both of my visits with Nicki and John were amazing. They were very careful and thoughtful in their care and made the process pleasant; if that can be said for any medical treatment. I am grateful to them for their kindness and I didn’t mind hanging out with them! They are really nice bunch of people in Hollywood. I would recommend the Doctors and Nurses I’ve dealt with in the Hematology department to anyone."

"Doctor Jennifer Zikria is the most compassionate caring person my husband needed during his stage 3 cancer treatment for Esophageal Cancer. She is a doctor that gives 100% to her patients and she does not stop at no, your battle with cancer is her battle and if you want a oncologist that has the experience and knowledge then she is the one to go to. we can never thank her enough for what she has done for my husband."
