"I wish I could give 5 starts but I ended up having an unpleasant experience here. I was referred by my doctor for shoulder and neck issues. While this is out of network for me, I felt the physicians levels of experience and customer service was topnotch for the first sessions. I was assigned to Dr. Bixie, who is a very kind, informative, and extremely well prepared professional. Unfortunately, she had to take some leave and I was assigned to another doctor. I’m not sure if he had no time to go over my file, but I found he had no interest in me or my progress. I had two sessions with him, where he seem, mostly unprepared, left me standing after finishing my exercises while he talked about finance with another client. In fact, I felt like attending me was a bother for his day. I then stop scheduling sessions, and when I raised my issues with another employee over text, they said nothing. Overall I’m really disappointed."

"I’ve been a patient at USA Sports Therapy for almost two years. I must say I have never had one bad experience. I suffered a bad knee injury that required surgery and a lot of therapy, and I could honestly say that if I hadn’t done my therapy at USA, I don’t know if I would have progressed the way I did. Bixie and Alex are true professionals who made this process easy for me. I was discharged over a year ago, but I still go to this day because I workout very often.
