"Worst office EVER. Every time I come to an appointment with my mom who has Alzheimer’s it is nothing BUT A BIG HEADACHE. The “office manager” at the Miami location is extremely unprofessional. When I suggested her staff should do a better job at making sure all documents are ready for the appointment and to confirm the location of the appointment (since there are two) she abruptly suggested I should just go to another doctor. I told her this office was recommended by my mothers primary. And her response was “well it was a recommendation not an obligation”. I can’t express how sad it is that families with loved ones with Alzheimer’s have to not only manage the gravity of the disease but also the ineptitude of people whose job it is to provide care After waiting and listening to the staff obtain the medical records the office manager hands me my mothers medical records and tells me to look for another doctor. I am sitting in the parking lot next to mom completely devastated. Trying to hold back tears feeling completely hopeless. How or why would a doctors office send a patient away. Please I hope families will find this review and STAY AWAY from Dr Gelasio."

"My first impression was that they overbook because there were so many people in the waiting room area. Some people were waiting with the patient. Well there are two Dr.’s for this 20 seat room. Once you get in to see the Dr they are very thorough. Staff are pleasant and professional"

"Disappointing experience!!. Arrived for my 9 AM appointment to find out, 20 minutes later, the office wasn’t open today. My doctors office, who are amazing, called an alternative number and spoke to a staff member that said “they were closed today” and they had tried to reach me!! Not only do I not have their number in my phone record but there was no voicemails and no text messages. I was offered a new appointment in four weeks and, no apology for today. I think I’ll give this place a miss!!"
