"Worst customer service and they just want to make money. The patient is not a priority. It is a business not a medical facility. My brother visited your office on 9/5/2023. Ms. Maryam Aldossary introduced herself as a doctor when in reality was a nurse. He was diagnosed with Conjutivitis and a week later was in admitted in the Hospital emergency due a differnt diagnosis. A week after the appointment, when we called for a follow up, they responded that the only way to see the patient was paying again the visit, They declined the option to look up the medical chart and evaluate if they need a re fill of the medicine. I never encountered such an unprofessional and careless attention for patients."

"In the midst of doing my shadow work and healing from narcissistic abuse. The more, I healed the mire happy weight , I gained and the COVID-19 shut down added to this was no help.
