"The practice seems to be very disorganized and slow and there seems to be a great deal of lack of professionalism by some of the medical staff in them not knowing your history. When Dr Alvarez was there over a year ago it was perfect and after she left my perception is that it went downhill and I feel like I am in a low budget Indigent healthcare clinic rather than a physician's office. I have already begun looking around to change practices, and it's a shame because the location was very convenient."

"Don’t look any further!! You won’t find a better place for your medical care, respect and knowledge. It’s worth to travel extra if you should move further like I did. I wouldn’t switch my Doctor Rene Pelleya Kouri and his assistant Sonia or that conviva location even if I was offered another care center next door to me."

"I have been in this Medical Center for a year and on my first visit to my primary doctor, Dr. Alejandra Alvarez, I took all my medical records classified in order by specialists and tests because I have serious conditions. On my subsequent visits I always asked her if she had reviewed my records and she always replied that she had not had time to do so. Only on my first visit she ordered me a urine test in my routine exams and although I suffer from kidney stones, she never ordered me that test again despite my requests. Dr. Alejandra Alvarez often forgot to give me the results of the tests she ordered to me. This Center has an app so the patients can communicate with their doctors and order medication refills, but this app doesn't work properly or the employees don't bother to check the messages from the patients and for that reason I was left without much-needed medication on two occasions. Worst of all is the Referral Department. I have gone to see medical specialists to whom this Clinic has referred me and when I got to the doctor's office they did not want to see me because the Referral Department forgot send the required documentation to that office. In short, medical care is deficient and unreliable, the app does not fulfill its purpose, the Referral Department is a disaster, the lack of communication and coordination make very difficult the transportation services and the Center Manager does not attend to patients when they have a complaint. UPDATE: Things are going from bad to worse. My actual primary doctor and only doctor in this Clinic is having memory problems and I really don't trust him. He caused a very bad first impression on me, and I think his age is affecting him . He also tried to use his religious beliefs with me and tried to bless me and pray for my health using the time he had as a physician. I had to tell him that I was there to receive medical attention and not blessings or spiritual consultation. He was doubtfully questioning my heart condition that have been diagnosed by various cardiologists and the treatment I have. The transportation is a nightmare, you need to call to request the service yourself and they keep you waiting and waiting about 30 minutes or more until some one answer the phone and when they do, they use a thousand obstacles when you try to reserve a transportation to go to an specialist's office. I was so upset and I had so much frustration today when I tried to reserve my transportation to go to the cardiologists office for an exam I need to take, that I ended crying and my blood pressure went to the roof with this situation. I don't want Conviva deteriorate my health more than it is and for that reason I'm leaving. I need a Care Center, not a Work Center where I have to manage everything myself. "I'M ALREADY RETIRED""
