"Excellent Urgent Care. Natalie at the reception area was extremely kind and helpful. Olivia who assisted my cut was also extremely helpful and professional. I needed 3 stitches on my index finger. There was a bit of a wait, about an hour,but it sure beat sitting in the emergency room."

"Quick and easy! Thought I broke my ankle, turns out it was just a soft tissue tear. Dr Aliaga was super friendly and awesome. Also gave me a referral for follow up. Staff was all smiles too. . Wait time was non existent. Thanks guys!"

"We presented at the clinic on Sunday afternoon, and were greeted by a very lovely receptionist, who helped us get registered and in to see the doctor. The nurse who attended was very courteous, friendly, and helpful too. The doctor, Anthony Aliaga, was very professional, sympathetic, efficient and helpful. We had swabs done to test for flu or CoVID, and the doctor examined each of us; determined that we needed medication, and provided us with prescriptions."

"Went here hoping for treatment instead spent more time in the waiting room and walking to the office in the back to be instantly told go to the ER. They then refuse to refund the $150 they charge you. You are better off going to the hospital than this scam of a practice. *Update* After spending a week being given the run around filed a dispute with the bank. This place is terrible and so are the rude receptionists. They will fight tooth and nail to not give a refund and hang up on you for asking to many questions. Do not Visit any of these corporate businesses they only view you as customers not patients to give treatment to. *Update 2* the bank honored my request to dispute. They found it in my favor this was way back in November. Today January 26, 2024 I received a letter from MD urgent care demanding I pay for the services I never got seems they are mad i disputed the charges. Not only that but now the charges went from $150 to $489 and some how they said i paid $340 which i would have disputed also if i did to this scam of a clinic. Like I said they don't care about your health only getting money from you. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to get proper treatment because this isn't a clinic but a business that only cares about getting money from you. These frauds can send all the letters they want they aren't getting a dime."

"Made an appointment for this visit while in vacation. The front desk staff was underwhelming and not friendly at all. She spent some of the time on her cell phone when I stood at the window. Once all of my information was entered and sorted, the wait wasn't long to go back. The nurse was friendly enough to get the job done but not outgoing. The doctor, Dr. Confident, was amazing. Great bedside manner, very informative, attentive to the needs of my care and demonstrative of how to administer my nasal meds. Definitely the reason I'm giving 3 stars!"
