"Dr. Franck is super professional. He takes the time to listen to what you have to say before and during his examination. He has helped greatly with my partially torn rotator cuff. He felt surgery was unnecessary and recommended against it (which means he cares more about his patients than his immediate income stream). Instead he has authorized physical therapy several times and that has been extremely helpful. In fact, I am in better physical condition because of that than I was when I tore the rotator cuff!
