"Receptionists mixed the appointments and they left me waiting for an hour and passed first every other patient until I needed to speak up. Once inside in took more than 40 minutes for the doctor to arrive and then another 1 hour to have my prescription, which I needed to go and take by myself. Bad customer experience"

"A Dr is NOT suppose to refuse or denied any customer. On Monday 2/12/2024 7:45p the Dr tried to refuse my husband without even seeing him and recommended him to go to the ER…I never ever want to come back to this location which I’ve been before and never received this type of treatment. This is NOW the worst MDnow ever opened with the Nurse practitioner on duty. She has no bedside service, no empathy, sympathy, cares or anything for her customers coming in. However I must add I want to thank Alexus for her professionalism and beside services as she was willing to try to get us in. The front desk person Tina was nice as well. I will highly recommend that the Nurse practitioner on duty that day should no longer work out of that office I don’t even know her name. I understand she may want to go home but you never refuse patients especially without examining them. She seem as if she’s against black peoples which very discriminatory. I will be going higher and going to the board surrounding this matter. Sincerely an unset/irate customer"

"Nice and clean facility. Staff was great. I was seen by Daniela and Natalee, both were amazing and nice. Wait time was a bit long but then again, strep throat pain made it 10 times worse so I really wasn’t paying too much attention to the time. But overall, I really have nothing negative to say."

"From the moment I walked into the clinic, everybody was very nice, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. It was clean - from the lobby to the exam room and even the restroom was spotless!
