"UPDATE:::::***** when I came here last visit it was a great visit… I’m pretty sure there has been a changed in staff because I wasted my time believing I would get proper care. The NP Rafael is, just basically told me there’s nothing he can do but give me medication for headaches which was not my main concern. It was more about the nerve issue I am having on my bottom lip. Which if the issue worsen, MY FAMILY WILL SUE THIS PLACE! He basically told me there is nothing he can do about the numbness on my bottom left side of the face. I wasted my morning time & copay which I should’ve paid with a card to dispute. After I left here I just went to the emergency room to get better assistance since clearly nobody in this office wants to help. Even when I came in the girl gave attitude as it is my fault that the front desk person never showed up…. This office is a circus now! maybe because it was Saturday and during the week it’s better staffing. But I will not be a returning client again. Clearly people become aids but forget about actually caring for people in need of help. ********"
