"Everything from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. I called in to set a new patient appointment and Marthica Rodriguez made the process with insurance pre-auth and getting the right doctor effortlessly. Once I arrived, there was plenty of parking, the facility was very modern and spotless. From the front desk to the doctor handling my needs, courtesy and care was all about. I definitely recommend 10/10, so much that I ended up swapping entirely to this team for my medical needs. The owner has an amazing team and work environment there!"

"These people DO NOT respect your time. After waiting to be seen for over 2 hours, they kept on calling other patients in. Patients that apparently they knew. If you are not friends with the staff or the doctors, they will make you wait whatever time they think it’s okay. It is very disrespectful and disappointing, specially if you’re sick and trying to be seen when you’re in pain. This is the second time I had to leave this doctor’s office without being seen by the doctor due to the outrageously long waiting period. I will most definitely never return. Very very disrespectful, zero consideration."

"My boyfriend was a brand new patient for psychiatry. When we got to the office, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We did wait over an hour to be seen but it's a first come first serve basis and it is what it is. The doctor called him back, and when they were done my boyfriend was very satisfied with the appointment, doctor and treatments he recommended. Today is the fourth day my boyfriend has been taking the medication prescribed and has had NOTHING but problems and side effects from this medication. I called when they opened, in hopes that my boyfriend could speak to his doctor or come in immediately. The first lady I spoke to told me the doctor only comes in on Thursday but to stop taking the medication. My boyfriend has severe anxiety, depression, panic attacks and stress which is why he was prescribed the medication he was. She told us that we could go to the hospital if we need something else prescribed.... WHAT????? For one, that is 100% illegal to deny a brand new patient on a brand new medication whose having multiple side effects that they have to wait days to be seen, and that they can go to the hospital instead. We asked to be transferred to someone else, and this lady was more helpful (or so I thought). She seemed quite appalled that we were told we had to go to the hospital instead. She put me on hold and came back to tell me that the doctor would call my boyfriend and speak with him. About 20-30 minutes later, my boyfriend receives a call. A lady from the administrative office tells my boyfriend that she spoke with his doctor and he said stop taking the medication, and he'll see him on Thursday. Long story short, we were very pleased when leaving the appointment last week but after this incident, and the way this office handled everything was so poor we will NEVER be back. If you say a doctor will call him, then we expect THE DOCTOR to call him, not someone from the office. Now we will have to go days or even weeks trying to find a new doctor, in hopes that my boyfriend doesn't have more panic attacks or worse, end up in the hospital like he did prior. I hope no one has to go through what my boyfriend has gone through with this office. I wish I didn't have to write this review, because as I said we were so happy we found a caring doctor or listened and helped, but boy were we wrong. Before I end this review, we wouldn't be so upset IF the doctor would have called my boyfriend, and talked to him for a few minutes. But he didn't- instead he wrote us off and had someone call us for him. So therefore, we will not be back and I suggest everyone do their research before going to this office."
