He makes you feel comfortable, explains everything fully and slowly. The facility is totally ‘zen’. It is not a crowded gym where they rush you out because they have another class right after yours. The staff makes you feel welcome and cared for. I will definitely be exploring the other classes and services that AcuMantras offers!"
