"The place is good and the many people do their best to give you a good attention, but there is a chubby lady with blue eyes that is quite rude and her customer service is terrible! According to her I was late for the appointment they scheduled for me, they supposedly called me twice and sent me an email, and they had my phone number wrong, all this after scolding me, ironic!"
