"UPDATE 11/08/2023: I haven’t had any luck getting ahold of them, neither has the BBB. Taking it to the next level and perhaps do small claims court… Below is today’s email from the BBB. “Your Better Business Bureau (BBB) has made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. BBB regrets that we were unable to assist you further and wishes you the best in your future efforts in resolving this matter.” ———————————————— Original review 09/04/2023: My initial experience with CS office was quite pleasant; the front office staff and PT are welcoming and knowledgeable. What brings the low rating is there BILLING department. I should’ve paid attention to the prior reviews about customers having issues with them. It’s been OVER 8 months and they have yet to issue my refund for a month worth of out of pocket PT sessions. Mind you each session I was paying $132+ multiple times a week. I’ve tried to escalate this matter to their billing department manager and have yet to hear back. Already advised the front desk I will be looking into getting a legal counsel as well as filing a complaint to the BBB. Save your time, your money and your peace of mind. Go elsewhere…"

"Great service and the entire staff is wonderful. My husband was treated by Dr MacGill and he was wonderful, I told him about my knees and he suggested I see the PA there. Then my best friend had her back done with the group not knowing at the time that it was the same group.So I’m back and I’m pleased that I did."

"Came here first time with Dr. Piza for hip pain and checkup on older hip replacement. Staff was great and was taken back very quickly. Doctor however was very cold and dismissive. Have been to many Ortho's and needs better "bedside manner""

"From the moment I walked into the Spine & Orthopedic Center My gut was I found the right place. The front desk girls where so professional and extremely polite. As for my Surgeon Dr.Sahai is an amazing doctor. First of all he’s brilliant. When he speaks with you about your situation you feel like your sitting with Surgeon who really cares about your issues.From the beginning till the end he and his amazing staff are there for you.He took the time to explain to me everything that would happen. I had scoliosis as a child and I am now 61 years old and bent over like old lady along with extreme pain. But after Dr Sahai operated and straighten my back to normal. I gained back 2 1/2 inches in height. I am now 3 months after surgery and feeling fantastic. If you have any back issues he’s the Dr to see. Aside from it all his bed side manner was also extremely comforting. He truly cares. There is no reason to suffer with back pain. Take a visit to one of his 4 offices. Boca,Deerfield,Coral Springs, and Plantation. Nobody should have to live in pain if Dr Sahai can fix you. I thank you so much!!!"
