"Ive carried two successful pregnancies with midwifery womens care from 2020 & 2022. My 1st pregnancy with Christine was great. My 2nd pregnancy I decided to see Kathy & I only was seen by her a couple of times because they threw Michelle Rivera-Santiago onto me & she was absolutely horrible. When I was nearing my pregnancy I was interested in getting an induction & they completely prolonged it & she tried to push natural birthing & letting Mother Nature take its course & to eat dates in my face.. very strange. While I was giving birth with my 2nd Kathy was not present but Ashley Karram was my labor & delivery nurse. She is sweet & caring, but when it came time to deliver my baby it was only 2 of them in the labor room & my son had shoulder dystocia. She seemed like she needed help & immediately had to run out of the room for help. Which, there should have been more nurses in the room to begin with in my opinion. She then forcefully tried to pull my son out & both my child’s father & mother were mordified by how forcefully she pulled him out. When we took him to his 1st check up he had a broken collar bone & I believe this happened during birth due to how hard he was being pulled out by Ashley. Jump to 2023 Now I am on baby number 3, so I decided to see a doctor close by me vs 30 minutes away (midwifery womens care) . This dr conducted my ultrasound & claimed there was no heart beat. I did not like how this dr handled this situation, so I decided I wanted to go back to midwifery for a second opinion on this & I was transparent with them & explained the situation & to my surprise they claimed they cannot see me as a patient….no explanation. After carrying 2 babies with this practice I’m pretty shocked they denied me. So If you plan on going to Midwifery womens care I highly suggest you see Christine hackshaw & ONLY her."

"Always an absolute nightmare here- from the ridiculous mask enforcement to calling in prescriptions. I just called in one an hour ago that I needed ASAP. I come to the pharmacy and they say nothing has been called in. This has happened now THREE TIMES and why I have to publicly post they are a 1 star business. I call back to get in touch re explaining myself to three different people ultimately leading to transferring me to the nurse voicemail!!!! Then i get a call from the nurse who says she will call me back before resolving the issue and never does. So here I am still waiting at CVS with no order placed and desperately needing my prescription more stressed out and in pain. Awesome."

"If I can give this place less than 1 star I would. Dr Laura Diaz put in my IUD didn’t numb me or prepare me for what it feels like to have one put it. I was told over and over again to “have my own experience” I’ve never had worse pain and have a high pain tolerance. When I called the office later and told them that I couldn’t even stand up because the pain was so bad they just told me to continue with the ibuprofen (that wasn’t helping) and heat. Dr Diaz never called back to check on me. I got the IUD on Thursday and they just told me to come back on Monday even though I couldn’t stand because the pain that day. I will never come back or recommend this place."

"I love this office. Clean office, great customer service, appointments always on time, and competent healthcare services … The best place to be… I can tell because my previous gynecologist did not respect me as a patient. I would wait for long hours after my appointed time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"Been coming here for years. Christine and Kathy are both gems. I have referred everybody pregnant to them. They birth at Boca regional that have their own wing the nurses especially Peggy are amazing. All of midwifery‘s staff are really sweet- they always do their best to get you in and out on time. The office is always very clean and welcoming We had two natural births and now continue to go for my check ups yearly and it’s nice to see them. Highly recommend."
