"Being a long time patient means nothing at all. I get the same unacceptable treatment as everyone else, cold and uncaring. I’ve gone without my medication for two weeks now due to his incompetence and that of his office staff. His patients are merely dollar signs. He blames me for them taking so long to get to the request, sends the scripts to the wrong pharmacy twice, the wrong dosage a third time. How is that my fault? I called several times, left multiple messages with instructions and begged for Dr. Chervony to return my call. I’m still waiting. We’ve parted ways. Subpar mental health care is simply unacceptable. These past weeks, they’ve made me worse, not better. Doesn’t believe in that silly oath he faked."

"I will continue to post reviews to warn people about this medical group , even if they keep scrubbing it. This Dr has gotten into legal trouble multiple times!!! He prescribes more than the legally safe amounts. My family member was high functioning until 2 years after they were his patient. They’ve been threatened, overmedicated, incorrectly diagnosed and more. If your loved one is pushed to go sit inside a care home, especially hooked into Trilogy Healthcare watch out!!! It’s been 5 years of constant asking why isn’t my family properly taken care of instead of given narcotics when no one is even watching! All I got was the same answer: we don’t know who you are. Yet the main primary care Dr knows me and tells me how they are doing and to try to get them to a real non dictatorial MD!!! They are evil people and they won’t answer me as I have asked the state to look into their threatening and illegal practices. Hey Dr Chernovy? Did you tell everyone you studied in Mexico yet? How about the fact that you made sure your wife pays you alimony and your Secretary thinks you’re a freak? You know you allowed my family member to go unchecked for self medication and thought you could hide it didn’t you?"

"Very bad experience. I made an appointment to see Dr Chervony with tears in my eyes because of the bad anxiety, depression and insomnia. When I go in to see the dr instead I was put with a student. I was upset over that but the student tells me I should have specified that when I made the appointment. I made the appointment to see the dr not a student. She tells me I will get to see the dr after. About an hour after the student asking me questions the dr comes in and starts addressing the student and having a consultation/ teaching/testing conversation with the student concerning me. She related to him in a few words and in a few minutes some of what I had related to her for an hour and dr never spoke to me concerning my symptoms. He quised her as to what medication she would recommend for me, he said no to her recommendation for a prescription and he went ahead to prescribe me an old medication supposedly for anxiety but mostly for children bed wetting. Of course I wouldn't take the medication under these conditions. I wish I would have spoken up when I realized the nurse who brought me to the room was the student and that was going to be my appointment. This was so wrong since it was my 1st visit there. I don't recommend this type of consultations with something as delicate as this. Maybe if the dr was involve during the complete conversation. What bother and hurt me most was that when he came in the room it was to work with the student and not with the patient. The focus was on the student's learning and not on the patient. Do not recommend this type of setting for something do delicate."

"I have known Dr. Chervony for 20+ years, not as a patient at first, but as a family member of a patient. My ex-husband was a patient of his back in 1993, which was my first experience with him. Always made us feel like a person and not a $ sign. When my dad was in the hospital in 2011 and I was told he needed mental health services, I insisted on Dr. Chervony. He was out of town for a few days and I told the hospital that the other doctor could see him only until Dr. Chervony came back. We were told in July of 2011 that we would be lucky to have our dad until the end of the year. This wonderful doctor took over my father's care and basically saved his life. Here we are February 2015 and dad is still with us. Even though he has dementia, he is still with us thanks to Dr. Chervony. When I was having a breakdown in September of 2014, due to stressors from work, I went to see Dr. Chervony. Yes it may take a little while to get an appointment, but that's because he is in high demand. If its a life threatening situation you wouldn't be calling for an appointment you would be calling 911, the same as you would if you were having a heart attack. Mental illness is no different than a medical illness, they are both an illness. If I do have to wait in his waiting room because another patient needs a little more time, so be it. I still get the time I need with him. Do you complain about waiting at a family doctor when they run behind? If he does have to check his phone, oh well another patient could be having an emergency. If it was me calling because I was in crisis mode I would want him to check his phone. Dr. Chervony has helped me so much that I am a new person and he treats me as a person, not a $ sign. I know other patients of his who feel the same way I do - Dr. Chervony is the bomb and the world needs more doctors like him. To those of you who do not like him or his staff, then you do have issues and should seek professional help as this man in my family alone has saved 3 lives. Thank you Dr. Chervony you are awesome and I truly appreciate all you have done for me and my dad."
