"Everything about PBF is so amazing. Such a kind and caring staff and team of doctors. We met with Michelle at our consult as Dr. Denker was out of town at the time. We first did an ultrasound and the tech, Sonjia was so kind and informative. For the first time in a long time when speaking with Michelle for once we as a couple who have experinced two miscariages in 1 year felt that our concerns and questions were listened to and answered properly. My husband went later that week for a semen anyalsis. They do the testing on site so we literally had the results the same day! Michelle took her time explaining the results to me over the phone and discussed our next steps. That same cycle as we were preparing for a laproscopy for the next upcoming cycle I actually got pregnant on my own! The staff was so happy to hear about my pregnancy and still wanted to make sure I was okay and possibly do some extra monitoring. Which if you've experinced pregnancy after loss it is definitely a hard and nerve wracking thing so it feels great to have a team of doctors and specialists behind us to take care of me despite us not even conceiving thru treatment at PBF. I'm so happy we chose PBF and it is a decision that I definitely don't regret! It's hard now adays to find a doctors office that has the full package, caring and communicative doctors and staff, excellent treatment options and always feeling welcomed. So I'm very glad we found PBF that provides all that and more!"

"I loved going to this office. It is clean and staff are friendly. Although I have been coming there for the past year, undergoing numerous uncomfortable, emotionally distressing consultations and procedures as well as out-of-pocket expenses, none of these is the reason why I will not be returning. During my most recent consultation, I asked PA Torres if my husband, who is also a patient of the office, would be able to accompany me during future visits for treatment. I was told that due to Delta COVID, I am not allowed to bring anybody with me and was offered to have virtual consultations. This shocked me considering I watched two women were called back by Torres and left together just before she called me back. After the appointment, a supervisor Jessica returned a message that I left for Dr. Denker asking what I was trying to reach him about. I did not want to speak with anybody other than him so she told me that I’d have to pay a co-pay to have a virtual meeting with him after the weekend. I declined but later felt that I needed to speak to anybody about it. The office manager, Eliza, then called me. She is horrible. When I gave her my concerns, that I found it unreasonable that my husband, also a patient there and to state the obvious, is the man trying to get me pregnant, is not able to be there with and for me when I see this fertility specialist, when this rule is not being applied to all patients, she was extraordinarily condescending and gave me some mask of an excuse like ‘well I can’t tell you about that other patient’. I was never asking to know anything about that patient! I was only asking to have my husband with me when we are both a part of me conceiving. And still, she refused to allow him in with me. COVID and HIPAA made a great wall for her to hide behind yet this is a very blatant example of how this practice is discriminatory.
