"After reviewing a lot of PCPs and offices, I trusted that I had found the right place. I was wrong and I wish I could give a ZERO star. Vanessa, the person who draws blood is super cold/rude and seems very bothered if you even attempt to make her smile. The front office people are extremely rude. It took me over a week to try to get the medication I needed because the doctor forgot to send it to the pharmacy. Jen, the office manager never returned the call as she promised to, and Portia, from the front office, thought it was nice to hang up on me twice. I was also told to got to an ER next time I needed help... really?! After waiting over 90 minutes for my scheduled appointment, I spoke to Dr. Yamirka, to explain to her what had happened and how I was treated by her staff, and all she could say was that "I had choices"! What an amazing feeling of not being respected/cared for/considered at all as a patient! I waited to give this review trusting that the doctor would understand that her staff was rude and unprofessional, but instead she was completely negligent. What happened to doctors respecting their patients?! This office definitely needs to start treating patients with more respect! Shame on all of you! In time: I give beyond 5 stars to Tori, the medical student that took my vitals and took time to listen to my deep frustration. I hope she never takes after them. Good job!"

"The office manager/ billing manager Marie is absolutely rude which further confirms my decision never to return. Dr. Gupta should be ashamed of having such and individual work for her. She doesn't listen and talks over you when you try to explain something. Keeps insisting that she is right when she is so wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. They also bill incorrectly and then demand you pay. Based on all the other reviews I see this is a constant problem with Marie being rude and unprofessional. You will continue to lose patients if you don't correct her attitude!"
"It's quite a shame that I even have to write this review. I wasn't surprised to learn that there is a 2.8 review score for this business upon preparing to write my own. However, the Office Manager at this location is beyond disrespectful. It is clear that she has no business acumen nor has successfully completed customer service service training. I'm not sure who employed her or made her upset, but when you're dealing with the general public and patients alike, there is a certain level of professionalism that should be exemplified. I would be happy to speak to someone above her pay grade directly to share my unexpected experience with her. Unfortunately, I will choose to spend my money elsewhere, even though this facility is less than five minutes from home. Forget convenience, I'd rather go where I can be respected as a patient. I would not recommend anyone to this office but I certainly recommend that this practice take the appropriate disciplinary steps or you will continue to lose patients."
"Update- started off good in my first visit and it seems like everyone is now disorganized and not the same attention that I received the first time I went. Waited almost 35mins for blood work and received an email from the lab that my results are not ready due to an issue with the blood collection, a week later. I also have been asking for a form to be submitted to my insurance and as of today, a week later nothing has been sent. Most likely changing practice. I also requested a medication be sent to my pharmacy because it was lost and the dr said pharmacy will not allow , i checked with pharmacy and they said as long as the doctors sends for it , the fill it. ββββ Just needed to rave on the staff and the facility at Sample. The facility is super clean and everyone was super helpful and sweet. The front desk check in process was smooth and even took me a bit earlier than my appt time. Everything was beyond my expectations beginning wi. h the MA to the doctor. The doctor (Dr. Perugoria) was very thorough with everything and took her time with me. Asked me questions and actually LISTEN!! She was absolutely very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Jenny was beyond amazing and helped resolve my insurance/ labs /meds / pharmacy situation. Keep up the great job and will definitely look forward to coming back! Thank you guys!"
