"Ive had a great experience here never had any issues my son is currently 16 months old and ive gone here since i was 5 weeks pregnant ive only had one time that i had to wait about 45 mins only because the dr was called to an emergency c section but i was also notified but the nurse in front desk other then that ive never waited more then 10mins to be seen the staff are always so nice to me i really love this place they make me feel very welcome"
"Worst experience with OBGYN clinic ever! The 441 office is bad, but the palmetto office is the worst! First of all they are ALWAYS late. If you schedule an appt for 2pm, make sure you have no plans at all on that afternoon because you'll be waiting a lot! Second, I had a miscarriage and they treated it like nothing! First, I had to go to the ER to find out because at 3pm they didn't have ultrasound available. ($250 Copay plus lots of waiting) After I found out, I was cramping so bad and so sad at home and they gave no support. They just said they would call to schedule a D&C but took very long to do so. Called them 100 times to try to schedule and after 5 min waiting every time, it would send me to voice mail. Left so many messages and they never called back. A few days later, someone from the hospital (not the clinic) called to tell me when my surgery was scheduled for. They just have no empathy. They don't care! It's a money machine! 5days after the surgery, I called because I was having heavy bleeding, they sent me to ER again and the doctor at the ER never examined me because he said it's a normal reaction 5 days after surgery (which means Another $250 copay - why didn't the nurse tell me that on the phone????) Lastly, they bill you and don't explain what is the amount for, you have to try hard to get a statement or some paper to understand. They are very unorganized!!!"
"I am livid with the staff at this office. I had a whole conversation with the receptionist when I made my appointment. I needed blood work done so she said my appointment was for 4 pm. I told her I wanted to speak with the Dr. as well since I was coming into the office for blood work. She said come between 330 and 4. I asked her several times, specifically (I was already annoyed after having to wait over an hour for my first appointment at this office) "What time is my appointment?" "4 pm" I get there at 3:50 and she tells me I am late for my 3:30 appointment with the Dr., (super casually because she doesn't live a half hour away and have to spend her gas and time to get to another appointment) that I can just come back in the morning. I am disgusted, I feel completely disrespected by this woman and her condescending attitude!"
