On The Hop

"I have been to other physical therapy places and this January I had a total hip replacement and I went to “on the hop” physical therapy and let me tell you those ladies are amazing! Melisa and Joette really care about their patients. They work with you to make sure your improving and getting better with each visit. . They give great advice to help you on your path. Within six weeks I was back up and walking, no cane or anything and back to my old self without the pain. It is a very well organized and clean place. No waiting like in other places they know who you are when you come in and are there to greet you. I was so happy to be sent here, and will tell everyone that needs physical therapy to go here. "Allow me to begin by saying, On the Hop Therapy is the most organized, efficient, clean and client-friendly, physical therapy center I have ever had the pleasure of receiving service. Once you enter the doors you can readily see that all the equipment and aids are properly stored in identifiable areas for quick access. The three therapist, Melissa, Joette and Tracy and the receptionist, Geri, work efficiently and in concert with each other assuring each client is receiving the necessary attention, observation and continuity of service. Equipment is constantly being sanitized and linens changed after each use. This facility also has a pool from which aquatic therapy is offered. What a great bonus! Staff is not only extremely knowledgeable, but warm and friendly as well. They listen carefully to your concerns, and make suggestions and/or adjustments to accommodate those concerns. They maintain a friendly, jovial environment which helps you move more easily through your exercise routine. They will challenge you along the way but always within your capabilities. I am extremely thrilled and fortunate to have found this center. Thank you ladies for all that you do and the manner in which you do it. You are indeed a blessing to our community."

"On August 17th, I had bilateral knee surgery. I started physical therapy here a week later and I couldn’t be any happier. From the moment I walked in the door, the whole staff has been extremely polite to me. Melissa is as excellent as a therapist as she is a person! She is always in a good mood, has helped me tremendously, and keeps me motivated towards my goal of improving no matter how difficult it is for me. Jerry works in the front office and is always ready to accommodate my appointments according to my schedule. Joette is another PT and she has also made this process as painless and enjoyable as possible! Overall, they are all so experienced, professional, and easy to work with. I would give this place more than 5 stars if it was an option! A very friendly and clean environment. Highly recommend!"
