However, Anya helped me out today with trying to fit me in the schedule to see the pain management doctor. I truly appreciate this office they are great. "Horrific experience. DO NOT GO HERE if you were in a car accident. You need to fill out paper work that takes over an hour if you bother to try and read and understand all the legal documents you are required to sign before being seen. I called every day for 10 days trying to get x-ray results. That amount of time is MALPRACTICE. When I finally demanded to speak to the doctor on the phone she said they left a message which was a bold face lie to cover her butt because they said only the Dr could tell me the results. The Dr said they would email the results and confirmed my email. That was over a week ago and I still have not received it. I am reporting this place to the BBB and FLHealth."
