"When I. Ame in for the appointment she didn't greet me or ask if I had an appointment. Didn't explain what they were doing or gave me any information. After they schedule the surgery, they didn't gave me any instructions for my procedure coming up or ask me about medication I am taking which could interfere with the surgery."

My appointments have been canceled 5 times. I’ve been trying since February to start treatment only to be told that my insurance approved only yesterday while I was there. More that one staff members called previously to say my treatments were approved. I really don’t know what to believe. GOODBYE."
