"I called to schedule an appointment as a first-time patient and found myself on hold for 15 minutes after Keyna answered. Frustrated, I hung up and called back. When Keyna answered again, I expressed my frustration with the prolonged hold time. Surprisingly, she did not apologize or convey any concerns regarding the extended wait. Instead, she asked if I was a first-time patient. Upon confirming, she responded with a significant pause and informed me that the earliest available appointment was on Feb 5th. I sensed that she extended the date out of spite. Expressing my dissatisfaction with the lengthy wait, I was placed on hold again. Keyna returned, stating that the earliest appointment was now on January 24th. Throughout the interaction, her demeanor was extremely rude, and it appeared that she extended the date as a form of retaliation for my complaint about the hold time. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially for a front desk receptionist. It raises concerns about professionalism and customer service. Appropriate measures should be taken to address and rectify this behavior. Keyna may not be suitable for the role if she continues to exhibit such conduct."

"The billing practice is very unclear and you have a group young girls who are not educated enough to explained billing . The physician may do their job but the front staff are very unprofessional group of little girls and are the most rudest people I have ever met. They have not learned how to problem solve with patient. If you don’t have new patient your business will not survive and you will not have a job. Whoever was the nurse manage in charge she sat at her desk listening to employee be rude and condescending without intervene to help the customer. I will never step foot in this office again or refer anyone to this place."
