"I am only about 8 days into a wellness program with Diane and I am blown away! Not only did Diane take the time to assess my labs / meds / previous routine / past conditions, but she put me on a program that has given me some impressive results in a very short time. Last Tuesday I weighed in at 232lbs and today one week and one day later I weights in at 225lbs, and the best part is I feel fantastic. It takes some discipline but I have been a ticking time bomb so it was time for some semi drastic measures. Can’t recommend enough and I will update this review as I go along! UPDATE: I am now down to 210 lbs PURELY on diet. My A1C and cholesterol levels have dropped considerably.
