When I leave an appt I feel like I was really getting help me from my issues and not just someone checking boxes of a few exercises and a neck rub. She actually listens and focuses on your current problems and will use many ways to stretch, relax, and strengthen your muscle/ nerve etc. We even get a recordings of the exercises to practice at home which is very helpful.
