"When I called to make the appointment; I was specific. I told the receptionist that I wanted to get the testing done that. I had a referral from the dermatologist stating my daughter needed allergy testing. The receptionist kept cutting me off when I was trying explain what we needed. When I got to the appointment I was told that I needed to come back for the testing! The office was unprofessional. Very disappointed. We will not be going back."

"They put the phones to the answering service before five. The PA Shannon @ Wellington office, Told me Tuesday before told me I wasn’t sick I ended up at the Walk-in Clinic over Thanksgiving because I had bronchitis and was sick and ruin my holiday! The shot clinic is unorganized and if your personal friend of anybody you get taken before people who been sitting there for half an hour . The bookkeeping is terrible every time I got a bill I had to call them and tell them to file my secondary for over a year ! I am so disappointed that I have now obtained a new doctor and will be transferring my care to a new doctor! Sad because the Wellington receptionist and nurses are very nice! After spending thousands of dollars I am sicker than when I started There!"

"HORRIBLE. We were scheduled with the PA, Shannon Snyder. I told Shannon my daughter had epilepsy, and (get ready to hear this...you may not believe it) then Shannon said "like this?" and mimicked a seizure....with her arm and hand. IN FRONT OF MY 15 year old. She then advised me to take my daughter off of the medicine that a NEUROLOGIST had prescribed, for no apparent reason. She had no business advising this, and offered zero help. I have never met the doctors there, but I advise STRONGLY not to see this woman nor visit this practice. Absolutely horrendous."
