"I have been trying to get an appointment with Dr Deutsch for a month now. I am entering my second trimester and attempting to transfer over from my fertility doctor. The first week I tried calling I was told they would get back to me with availability. The second week I called I was told she was on vacation. The third week I called she had just returned from vacation and needs to review my file. The fourth week I called she is backed up and still needs to review my file but will call me in a day or two. The fifth week I call she is back on another vacation. At this rate I’ll be giving birth before I ever hear from her. Don’t waste your time with this office. It’s a joke."

"This place is amazing! I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I was referred to Dr. Deutsch by my neighbor since I was new to the area. Not only did I have an amazing delivery with my first child but my after care was great too! Dr. Deutsch is not only personable but is really understanding and attentive to your needs. I can’t speak for others opinions but I can only say that this place is booked up for a reason and with anyone now getting back out to doctors after the pandemic there is no wonder why it’s hard to make appointments. People need to be more understanding and have patience!"

"NEVER going back to this practice again. Staff is extremely rude which is why I switched out in the first place. I was supposed to have an at home birth but had to be transferred to the hospital for an emergency c section. I called my ORIGINAL OB which was Melanie Burk to be seen only for the staff to tell me doctor does not want to see me AFTER my appointment was already made. I knew this practice was a problem from the beginning. In the beginning they would call me multiple times confusing my appointments and it was always a problem with them. I don’t recommend to anyone and I WILL be leaving complaints about this practice else where !"

"Dr. Deutsch is the sweetest, kindest most amazing dr I’ve ever had!!! After having a terrible experience at a OB in boca for the first half of my pregnancy I am so lucky I found this office! All of the doctors in the office are amazing and I wouldn’t have made it through my pregnancy if it wasn’t for them. I can’t thank them all enough, the front desk staff are always on top of everything from paperwork to scheduling, Mirna is who i usually speak with and she has been a doll every time. If you’re looking for a staff that cares and a dr that you can feel safe with then this is the place for you!"

"Trying to schedule an appointment and they refuse to let me see my doctor. I am in shock that I cannot see my doctor when I have asked on different occasions and for different reasons. Both situations I have had a medical question and wanted to talk to my doctor, yet there was no solution in getting an appointment. They only appointment they have let me schedule is for a yearly check up. When they saw that I had a yearly done back in June, they did not see why I needed to see her again. After describing my situations and questions, they still refused. Not only did they refuse me service, but they left me on hold for what seems like forever, and when I did get them on the phone, they were very disrespectful and rude.The doctors are nice, but those who are in charge of appointments just lost their doctors another patient. I will be looking elsewhere for a new doctor."
