"Everything was great. Staff was really nice. I was a patient a long time ago under Dermatology Associates - good to know Dr. Berlin is still around. Only thing is I notice other patients getting called before me and I came in and registered before them, no one said anything neither did I! But the wait was not long at all. Happy to be back under Dr. Berlin office"

"My husband and I went to this dermatologist as new patients. The doctor that saw us came in and asked us if we had any problems. We said not sure, we were there as new patients and wanted full body check up. He picked up his spray and started zapping us all over our chest, head arms. He never once did a full body check up. It was worst dermatology check up I have ever had . He didn’t once check my legs, down my back, anywhere other than my shoulders, nothing. Very surprised as it was supposed to be first visit. I have to say the office staff was nice. The Dr. was pleasant but never introduced himself. He came in for five minutes. Zapped with spray 10 times took a couple of samples and said if nothing shows it will take about 7-10 days before any results. Come back in a month. I don’t think so…. After the doctor was finished with me, it was my husband’s turn, he started to unbutton his shirt and the PA in the room said oh, there’s no need for that. Why wouldn’t there be a need we were there for a full body as new patients when the doctor came back to check him, he didn’t check his body. He looked at his head. He looked at his arms, never once, checked his back or chest. How is that a full body? I am very disappointed with this service here. We will never come back. Seems all they want to do is spray and cut not once did the doctor himself speak. Except to his helper who was writing on the pad. If you have a serious problem, I would advise not going there."

"I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the entire experience. The ENTIRE staff was from the moment you walked through the front doors extremely unfriendly and talking down to other patients waiting in the waiting area. Actually asking a minor in front of about 5 others in the waiting room about vaccines. A complete HIPA violation and without her parent/guardian present. Making her feel very uncomfortable. They were extremely quick to collect my copay, that was the only time I saw any staff member acknowledge anyone. The PA that I saw was extremely robotic. I can’t even tell you her name bc she said it so fast . This was my first visit to this office and she walked in the exam room with her assistant, disregarding me the patient in the chair waiting in a gown. Introduced herself without looking at her patient or frankly wanting to hear about my issues which brought me there on 12/27/23. You could feel me as the patient was annoying her and she made it VERY obvious! The only thing she wanted to do was BIOPSY. Not once did she come physically over to me (again her new patient) and examine the issues that brought me to the office. At one point her assistant was on the iPad and showed it to the PA whispering something in front on me. They were both extremely fast, rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable when discussing a REAL issue! I have never in my life been to a dermatologist that had ZERO interest in examining a patient and having some kind of empathy!!! They actually made me feel worse! How can a doctor NOT examine a patient??? Come up close to physically see and touch a concern that brought a patient to them? I left that examine room in utter SHOCK. Zero kindness ! As you leave the examine room, you have to pass the nurses station. Where there were a hand-full of employees sitting around laughing and acting completely unprofessional again! Staring at you leaving. Not one employee acknowledged myself or others looking for the exit to leave. Blank stares to anyone that wasn’t working in that office. This office needs to wake up and whoever is running this practice has failed their patients. They make it very obvious they only want to biopsy and cut patients. No patient should ever be treated with such awful care! I am not a person to ever leave a review like this, but this experience absolutely warrants this review."

"This office really goes above and beyond! When I say everyone is so nice... it's an understatement. My 6-year-old autistic son has been seeing them monthly for treatment of molluscum... which means they had to use liquid nitrogen... not fun, however, they were so patient with him, gave him a choice out of the treasure box, and when he didn't see anything he liked the woman at check out let him pick out special stickers and had them waiting for him at his next visit. He was SO happy today because the treatment has been completed AND he got his shark stickers! Thank you to all the staff, and special thanks to the woman who made his day so special!"

"Dr Berlin & Assistant Sandy are FANTASTIC! I recommend this office highly. Best Dermatologist I have ever been to. He is extremely attentive. The office is spotless clean & quite beautiful. I trust Dr Berlin only with my family. Wish I could give more than 5-Stars!!"
