"Dr. Polcz and the staff are true professionals. As I married my wife years ago, I accepted the reality that I may never have a child as I knew there were many difficulties in getting pregnant. Almost three year later since our son was born and most of our family and friend says he looks just like me. I am filled with enjoy as there was once a time I couldn't imagine on what it was like on having a child. Thank you Dr. Polcz and team for your hard work and attention to detail. UPDATE: A few years later from the original post, not only did we have one, but we now have 2 boys via IVF! I hope this post encourages others to use this fertility center. The office is very professional and will spend a lot of time explaining the process and answering questions. I like how Dr. Polcz is honest, genuine and does not over promise expectation. IVF is a very hard and long journey. We have to understand that sometimes the first or 2nd try does not guarantee a success. It is important to find a team that has patience, perseverance and support you during this journey. Dr. Polcz and his team have all of these qualities. They did not give up on me. "Amazing! First off, the office staff are so wonderful and friendly. They make you feel very welcomed when you come in. The office is very clean and always smells really nice. Dr. Polcz is truly an amazing doctor. I was referred to him by a coworker and I am so happy I followed up. He really works hard to get answers and to tries to help his patients. For me, personally, I actually loved his honesty. He always spoke facts and was truthful about each procedure and their possible outcomes.
