"Went in today to see Dr Collins, I had an appointment at 3:30 I got there at 3:08, at 4 pm I went to the front desk to ask how much longer and that’s when they told me that the doctor had to leave for emergency that if it was ok to see another doctor and I said yes. When I made the appt I told the person I wanted to discuss with the doctor a few concerns I had and she told me that I was due for an annual exam that she was going to put me for that too. After they finally called me back I told the MA that I had a concern I wanted to discuss with the doctor, she said that this doctor ( Dr. Bowen) could only see me for one thing, so I choose the concerns I had since that was more important to me than having a Pap smear. They put me in a room and told me to wait, I heard them talking outside about me and they came in again and said that the doctor could only do the Pap smear she couldn’t talked to me about anything else. I feel like I wasted my time and I have never been treated like this before. The doctor did not seem interested in helping me."

"I had surgery on December 1st. It was a double surgery conducted by Dr. Herbst and Dr. Estape, both doctors did a phenomenal job. I am now 4 weeks post op and healing nicely. The surgery was great and the staff at Palms West Hospital were wonderful after the procedure. I would recommend both doctors and hospital."

She makes me comfortable & always put me back on track when I have an issue, I wouldn’t have it any other way ! I’m thankful for her in so many different ways! Lori the ultrasound tech was so amazing & funny lol I loved my whole experience with her while looking at my baby different features! She was Pleasant, professional & made me feel comfortable the whole time!"
