"Always professional. They have made my mom’s chemo sessions pleasant. They provide lots of extra care, education and always go the extra mile to make her feel comfortable."
"I had radiation treatments this summer. The experience throughout the entire process was amazingly smooth, and surprisingly full of positives. It's all because of the caring team who work there. Naeecha and Alma welcomed me every time with a warm hello, and that sets the tone right away. Then the PA Jeff guides you back and answers any and all questions you have and really is so personable. Then, the ones who I interacted with the most, Kim, Mallory and Cassidy...I could not have had 3 better people helping me with the actual treatments each time! All 3 of them were unbelievably warm, funny, caring, super smart and made me always smile during every trip in for treatments. What a great group! And Dr Harvey himself...I could not have been in better hands. He really cares about the people and spends time answering questions and explaining things in easy to understand, yet very thorough detail. It was a pleasure having all these great memories but it's all because of these wonderful men and women! Really special people! I will never forget any of them! A+++"
"Update: Spoke to Kathy from Dr.George's clinical administration team this morning. I was told that the front office told me information that is incorrect, and that although the office has continued to make serious billing/medical mistakes that there is nothing they can do to fix the situation. My medical documents are now incorrect and I have to completely restart at a different facility. Huge waste of time visiting this office and everyone who works here has a horrible attitude. I will continue to make discrimination claims against this office until my documents are fixed properly because saying "my hands are tied even though we messed up" isn't good enough for me nor is it professional as you are a medical facility. Update: Still trying to get ahold of this office now three weeks later. Even visited in person to get answers on some of my medical questions. Called today and was told an office manager would reach out to me shortly but no one did. I urge you to find other places to receive care, these folks are incredibly incompetent and don't want to do their jobs. Super frustrating, no hate like Christian "love" Dr. Sarah George's clinical staff team member Sam is extremely unprofessional and rude. They are quick to gaslight you and tell you that you're the problem. Dr. George and Sam are discriminatory against LGBT folks and I would not recommend them to anyone I love. Charged my insurance for bloodwork for someone that wasn't me and refuses to make fixes to it."
"I have had nothing but bad experiences with Dr. George herself. She is rude, unprofessional and when asked if I could record her as my cancer diagnosis was upsetting enough, but being denied a petscan to see if they got it all was more than anyone should handle. I wanted documentation of my visits to all my doctors. She was the first to refuse. I left. Now she has put in an order to remove my port with no knowledge or proof that the chemo and radiation have gotten all my cancer. I am in the midst of trying to no avail, to get in contact with someone in the HR department to put in a formal complaint. To date, I am still trying, for about a month, to no avail. I can change my insurance in December and planning on doing so and hope to get a more professional and compassionate chemo dr. I would NOT recommend her to anyone with cancer as she lacks compassion and bedside manner. The very first visit I had with her I complained to the staff about how rude she was and they said they get that all the time. The assistant and the person who drew my blood were nice and professional. The most disturbing feeling is waiting two hours for an appt that was confirmed and then to be verbally abused and realize the person who is suppose to help cure you has no heart and could care less. In my opinion, the Hospital made a huge mistake hiring her. Why is she not listed in the F.S.M.B."
"If you can avoid going please do so. The staff is very rude. From checking in to even seeing the Dr. The staff call and ask you to come in an half an hour early and still manage to see a patient two hours later. The staff and even the Dr SArah George was very unprofessional. How is it possible I came out positive for anemia, I asked for a prescription for iron supplements and I was told No for Dr George. Never again will I come into this location. This office needs to learn manners, customer service. Only person that was polite was the women who had drawn the blood."
