"Orlando Children's Surgery Center is a terrible place to bring your kids for dental work. I knew right away after the consultation that I would NOT be bringing my child back for surgery. During the consultation, everything was VERY RUSHED and not in the slightest way sympathetic, loving, or professional. Some things that really bothered us were no eye contact, rushed visit, and not a clear understanding of what my child needed done. The doctor we met with was rough and not very friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone! We did more research and found the best doctor and I'm forever thankful we did."

"The bad reviews are shocking because my experience with my daughter having her teeth done went great! The receptionists were very nice. Everyone in the back was super nice and made my daughter feel nice and calm. It only took an hour and when she woke up from surgery they were very sweet with making her aware of what's going on. My other child has surgery there next month and I feel way more relaxed about it. I also think it's sweet how they gave her crayons and a paper to color to relax her nerves and not think too much about it."

"Just don't. Let me start by saying I have been in the medical field for 20+ years and know what is professional, this office and it's medical staff are horrid. My child needed work done, so an initial consultation was set up. We start in a dirty waiting area with receptionists who are too busy talking amongst one another to provide professional attention to the client. We discussed our needs and completed all of the paperwork, which of course included all medications which are typical medications for children this day and age, nothing off the path. The surgery appointment was set up for 3 months later, yes 3 months, 3 days before the appointment I brought up a concern regarding current medications and possible reactions to the anesthesia. Which is of course my right to do so, I received a call not 10 minutes later stating the surgeon was apprehensive to provide treatment and could not move forward with care. So, we waited THREE months to be told the surgeon was afraid to provide treatment?? You couldn't tell us this 3 months ago, and we could have found a competent surgeon. Upside, big red flag, saved my child and myself a incompetent future with this business."

"I recently brought my 7 y.o son here for dental surgery. The staff was absolutely amazing, from the front desk to the nurses in the back! They treated him so kindly and did their best to relieve him of any fears he had, which helped me relax too. The nurses provided my son with crayons and pictures to color, wiped his tears and told him he was brave about 100 times, and even tucked him in with a warm blanket. The Anesthesiologist was excellent and the Dentist was so helpful and transparent. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to all the employees here! ❤️❤️❤️"
