"The entire staff at Osceola Psychiatry is extremely hospitable and friendly. They will go out of their way to make sure all of their patients are taken care of, especially the M.A., Shala. She bends over backwards to make sure any concern or problem I have is resolved in a quick and efficient manner. Also, I have to note that Dr. Shah is an amazing physician that has great doctor-patient rapport and works very hard to understand and treat my disorders. Highly recommend Osceola Psych for all of your psychiatry needs."

"If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. However I did see one psychiatrist who was very friendly and truly listened to my needs. I have also spoken to the manager Elyssa and she was very friendly as well, but this place has been a complete hassle in every other sense. A woman named Ana in the front office is very rude and even said something insensitive about mental health to me and I just can’t believe that would be something that would come out of someone’s mouth given their job. I also have not been contacted in regards to my next appointment, I know that I can call but I was told I would be called because it was going to be a with a specific person. I guess they forgot about me, but this is my que to look else where. I hope and pray they can improve because they should not be making this experience more unpleasant than it needs to be."
