I feel we are in the very best hands to guide us through this disease. He is prompt and never kept us waiting. His staff are courteous and have always returned my calls. "The reviews speak for themselves. I was hesitant due to the 3.5 stars but went anyway. Dr. Scott was like a robot. He was so fixated on his tests and staring at his computer screen that he never looked me in the eye or genuinely listened to what I was saying. As a result, he misdiagnosed me as I discovered the next day at a different provider. The team is incredibly unhelpful with referrals and authorizations. Amber was extremely rude and short with me on the phone and was completely unwilling to help me find an MRI provider. She was nasty and made several off-putting comments. Imagine hating your job that much. Avoid this practice. Their bedside manner is terrible"

"I had a good in person experience but have had the WORST experience trying to get my prescription. Months have passed since I started trying to get a prior authorization approved and it is still not done. I was told by Central Neurology that the prescription was sent to my insurance company/pharmacy but both told me that was not true. Once it was finally approved, I discovered it was the wrong dosage so I have to start the process all over. I followed up with my insurance company/pharmacy again today and was told that they had not received any prior authorization despite receiving a text from Central Neurology stating that the prescription had been sent. My cyclical headache condition is now getting worse and I am considering switching to another medication that is not what had been primarily recommended because I cannot seem to receive any help. Also considering switching providers because it does not feel like helping me with this is a priority for them. Extremely disappointed and discouraged at this point. I was originally drawn to Central Neurology by good reviews but my experience has proven otherwise so far."
