"Excellent medical team. Sadly over 8 years I've been bounced to several primary care physicians and specialists as their seems to be a retention issue due to competitive pay. I've heard that from several sources and they have lost amazing team members to the VA facility. Phone seems to be a repeated issue as well, today is not the first time I've sat on a phone loop for over 30 minutes trying to get a live person on the phone."

"This office used to be good and efficient back in 2018 when I started coming here. Now, they schedule your appointment and you wait in the waiting area 30 mins past your appointment time when other people come in and get called ahead of you…ummm why are we all just stuck here?? Now they call to confirm your appointment 2 days ahead of time, and then the day before call to cancel or “try” to reschedule you with another provider as a “new patient” if you want an dr office that enjoys wasting your time, then this is the office for you. Each part of this “team” doesn’t communicate with each other and they just dump you on the phone line to wait for the next person. Definitely going to look elsewhere since this office doesn’t care and has gone down hill in the years I’ve tried to go there. (All the good doctors left this practice)"

"Dr. Mehul Patel and his staff : Sandra, Claudia and Katy are excellent in every way! So are the ladies at Front Desk! My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Patel for many years now. We can think of no other doctor to go to. His expertise as a surgeon is exceptional! His demeanor is vibrating and gives you tremendous energy of well-being and trust! Dr. Patel operated in both of my eyes and it was like being born again to a beautiful colorful world! Since I am a cáncer patient, I had my concerns. Yet, they were all dissipated with his thorough explanations. I recommend Dr. Patel and his staff to everyone! God bless him and his staff!"

"First, I have to start by saying I am so grateful in having the chance to have been seen here at UCF Health in (Lake Nona). The Manager of the office (Elizabeth) has provided me with exceptional service. She truly cares about people and their well being overall, she was very compassionate and helped in lifting my spirit at such a scary time. She goes above and beyond and always follows up. The staff was kind as well and the place was kept very clean. Even down to the Doctor Farooq she was very thorough and she took her time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. My experience each visit was absolutely great! I would highly recommend this location."
