"If I could give this provider a 0 Star I would! I wouldn't deal with them directly or indirectly if you could avoid. Our business have been attempting to get records from. them for ONE YEAR. I have spoke with Brittney and Michelle who have BOTH LIED and told me inconsistent and inaccurate information to get me off the phone. They are NOT professional and do not do what they promised. Ridiculous."

"Received a bill recently for a surgery I had 3 years ago. I called and verified I didn't owe anything the first time the bill came around and that the hospital didn't even use mcrg during my time there. Received another bill saying I would be reported to a collection agency if I didn't pay now, months and months later. I called the Orlando MCRG and the number says they are closed and the website is no longer operating. In conclusion, if you received a bill from MCRG, it's a scam. I reported the bill to the feds."

"I was actually quite confused when I received a bill from this place even if I never visited it. Also was more confused to get a bill because my auto insurance and health insurance basically covered all medical bills when I stayed at Ormc. So after seeing the reviews I’m thinking this might be a scam. Also never heard or was told id receive different bills separate from my hospital. But they are also threatening to send this balance to a collection agency and with the possibility of credit reporting when this is also the first time I’ve ever seen or heard of this place and the first time I get a bill from them. Also my name on the letter is wrong…"

"Received a Bill late by the way and as I work in patient accounting I reviewed my EOB. I noticed a discrepancy. So I called and left a voice mail in the billing department of MCRG. I never received a call back. So I called the insurance whom reviewed the error and had the claim sent back for reprocessing. The insurance paid the claim with no patient responsibility. However MCRG sold my account to an collection agency and now I am getting mailers and phone calls. I am in the process of filing a grievence for the collection agency and MCRG due to false practices and providing false information to a third party company. Which could lead to an impact of my credit score."

"After dealing with a terrible hardship with my partner & myself. We have addressed to them about our insurance to lower the cost of our balance. We called and they said "we'll take care of it." Instead they never sent out a letter with a new adjusted balance. Now we are facing to pay the complete amount of this bill & was sent to collections. For anyone that has do deal with this company, BEWARE! I'm a firm believer of justice & i will be taking legal action going forward. This company knows how to scam people out of money & they have NO empathy for people."
