"From entering room 205, Patty was polite and helpful. Julia, my pre-op nurse was professional, friendly and thorough making me comfortable as she readied me for the procedure. The anesthesiologist and Andrea explained everything were open to answering any questions. Nurses and techs in the endoscopy suite were caring, professional and made me completely relax, before I received any medication. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Strickland, who visited me before and after the procedure. I have photos and a report on what was done and Michelle my nurse in recovery took wonderful care of me. I'd recommend anyone having procedures at BayCare Surgery Center (Carillon). As an RN, I was pleased with the care and the attention to safety and comfort each person I came into contact with showed me."
