"Was referred to this office by Florida Blue saying they were a provider. Made appointment, filled out the extensive paperwork and showed up to my appointment early which was two weeks after I booked. When I got there -I waited a while and then was told they accepted Florida Blue - but not my "Select Plan" and I would have to pay double for everything. Why did they not tell me this after I filled out my paperwork? They had 2 weeks to read the paperwork - they obviously did not. I don't know if the doctors are any good or not - but they are just as greedy as the rest of them. Do Not Recommend."

"I am delighted with the PT services I received from Matt and Valeria at Alexander Orthopaedic Associates from October through December 2023. The billings for a 45-minute session, however, baffle me. My insurance was charged $425.45 per session for therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, or $9.50 per minute, for my last five sessions. Earlier charges were $279.85 for the same services per session, or $6.22 per minute. Explain the increased costs, please."
