"I was a patient of Dr Hansalia, he is an old-school doctor ( despite his age) he explained me in detail my medical condition and help me to make the best decisions about my treatment. Even he trust me his personal phone and answered at any time I needed to reach him. Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience with the billing department, but at the end they corrected their mishandling of my insurance claims."
"I am a patient , i get last year a reclast infusion for osteoporosis from doctors Kahja office. 2023 I need to get it again. They call me before the right time so I did not get the ingection. I get the approval from my insurance. After that I call back 6 times left messages ...nobody call me back! I wrote a letter to Dr Kahja ask him to response...never get an answer ! I'm very disappointed! This is about my health !"
"I have an iron deficiency. I had 2 iron infusions just last month. I had follow up blood work and a scheduled appointment that was cancelled and rescheduled as a 3:15 conference call. 3:15 came and went. I contacted the office and was told the window is between 3:15 and 4:15. 4:15 came and went. At 4:30 I called the office again only to get the answering service. Called back this morning at 9am and explained my disappointment. I was told that either the head nurse or doctor will be calling me back. It is 3:52 and still no call, no results regarding my blood work. I guess my copay is more important than my health."
"My father went in for results after a cancer diagnosis. He waited over an hour for the doctor and asked the front desk how much longer. The response? Oh the doctor's not here. No apologies, no help, no solution. No other doctor to talk to him. This is his first oncology appointment after finding out he has pancreatic cancer. Time is of the essence, not to mention the agony of waiting to find out. This is completely unacceptable and downright cruel. Horrible horrible horrible."
"I don't know if I can do justice to the experience we had here. The doctor took the time to sit and talk with us, he listened and demonstrated that we were heard and understood, and how nice it was to NOT feel rushed. On top of that his staff (especially Mira and Kimmer) could not have taken better care of us. Leaving their office we felt that we could not be in better hands. And the support did not stop when we left the office. These exceptional women took the time and energy to make sure the tests and referrals were scheduled. This is the first time we’ve ever experienced such a thing. We are so very grateful."
