I feel that my son got a complete and thorough exam, they spent the time to answer all my questions, and they spent the time to address my concerns. "Was scheduled for a 3pm appointment for my daughter. Waited over 75 minutes in a waiting room stuffed with over 30 people. I was told the wait was because they only had 2 doctors. Seems to me when several of your doctors are out, you cancel your appointments - but here they prefer to double and triple book their doctors and inconvenience their patients. We walked out after waiting almost 90 minutes - and because of their mismanagement and irresponsibility, my daughter and I now have Covid. Do yourself a favor and go to St. Joseph's in Tampa. MUCH better experience!"

"This office claims that “Your children are our children” yet when I called in to set an appointment for my sons broken leg they refused treatment multiple times. Would they do that to one of the Dr’s children? Absolutely not! So their slogan is an outright lie. After visiting all children’s hospital and informing them of the situation, the ER staff called. Within minutes the same female that kept telling me that they won’t see my son decided to leave a voicemail on my phone stating that they are able to see him and are not refusing service. It is my opinion that their business is obviously milking insurance companies rather than focusing on the patient. Their internal policies are for profit only. They don’t care about your kid like they claim. The office staff is horrible and can’t seem to get their story straight from one call to another. It all depends on how they feel in the moment. I suggest people use other practices so this practice will understand the value of their commitment to “Do no harm”. They did not abide by that commitment when they let greed run the show, and refused to see my son. I wish I would’ve had every conversation recorded to display here so everyone could judge for themselves. All of this is on record at all children’s hospital, as well as a few other entities. This is not slander and 100% factual."
