"If this place reopens, do not go. the Dr is not a registered pain management Dr. They will not only cut your meds you've been on for years and if you go through detox then you are s.o.l. The Dr has no idea what she is doing and you will be in pain that you cant do your day to day operations. Also they will try to keep your records so you cannot get to a real pain management Dr. Go at your own risk... also most pharmacy will not fill your scripts"

"I am just posting this because I don’t know what’s going on I am unable to get a hold of anyone through the phones my appointment was a few days ago my prescription did not get called in and though they did contact me back through messaging after the pharmacy closed I was told it would be called in last night and it was in fact not which I just found out this morning so I have no idea what is going on .. Always kind and great to talk to while waiting, they found a way to make the changes during pandemic work well for everyone (although cost did sightly increase with all the changes) Dr herrero is a sweetheart also, takes time to listen and ask questions about not only physical but state of mind (which absolutely can affect physical issues). My favorite office, I hope that doesn’t have to change this year!!! Oh, and they do a fun Christmas tree every December!"

"Update on my review. This office will not carry you through to another state. I moved from FL. to Ohio and have not been able to get in another office. Strict state laws. Longer wait times. Dr. Didn't care that I will be going through withdrawal. Says I'm no longer herpatient even though my medical records reside in her office and have not been transfered. Disappointed!!"

"This Dr is the very best and she will sit down and listen to you and give you the right medicine for you and help you control the pain. The doctor will go above and beyond to help you out and if you are looking for a pill mill you are looking at the wrong place they are not a pill mill and will not be anyone's pill mill. They give you the very best care that you could ask for and do everything they can to help you find a place to get you medical needs. This doctor is a family run medical office and is simply the best around."

"If you need legitimate management for chronic pain you will find no better than Dr. Herrero and her staff. She will give you an extensive examination, review your medical records and adequately treat your management needs. If you are looking for a "pill mill," you are not going to find it at this clinic. I have had three back surgeries and continue to have chronic pain. I have been to several doctors to treat my condition and by far, Dr. Herrero is the most qualified and is the easiest to communicate with."
