"I have been with this Dr's office for little over a year now. All I have to say is, I have nothing against my Dr directly, however, the establishment itself when it comes to communication, dependability, and appointment setting, it is truly laughable. I have been made to feel like another number, a bother when it comes to my health concerns, and an annoyance when help is needed. I write this review in hopes this establishment will become respectful when it comes to the patients and really listen when it comes to their needs. I write this in warning for anyone searching for a new location, to avoid and find something new. I am very disappointed, stressed in the lack of care, and dependability."

"Try getting your medical records from this company! Ive tried since it was FIFM and keep getting the run around and they kept changing names and doctors it's always some ones else's problem. You need mgmt that knows what they're doing."

"Dropped me because I changed insurances and will NOT provide a prior authorization so I can continue my medications THEY prescribed me. It is not medication you are are supposed to stop cold turkey and they straight up don't care. Will never use this office or Optum again."

"Dr Purandure (pardon me id I misspelled it) is one of the best doctors I have ever had. Very caring and thorough. I would hate to have to change doctors at this point. Scarlet is so nice and they know me there. When my blood sugarbwas high, Scarlet had me call her every three days to check my numbers. The service there is next to none. Edit Dr purandare no longer practices. I got given doctor Helm and he is not nearly as good as she was. I miss her already. I love love love this Doctors office! My new Doctor, Doctor Prescod (sp?) Is a great doctor to me. Scarlett is always so nice and sweet to me. Deedee knows me just by my voice when I call. They are always there for me and getting help from the staff for things such as appointments or records to refills they have always been great! TY all @ Davita NE!! "Horrible place to go!!! Never have time to see their patients! They will just push you to go to the urgent care instead !!!! This place SUCKS and SO DOES THE TRIAGE NURSE AS WELL her name is RANDY! I work in the medical field. When I worked in a medical office we tried to help the PT as best as we can and fit them into the schedule so they can be seen instead of just telling them to “go to the Urgent Care we don’t have the space for you to make an appointment all of this week !! “"
