"I just left Dr Casanova's office. She has to be without a doubt the rudest person I've ever met. She comes in and never introduces herself. Sets down and starts drilling me with with questions in a manner that made me feel like I was intruding on her day. I told her I can get another doctor if you want. She said that would be fine that obviously she wasn't the doctor for me. Her office people were great"

"My father was a patient at this location. He switched doctors recently due to the lack of care. He has diabetes and on every appointment with the doctor she never checked his feet or legs. She would just say blood work is good see you in 4 months. They have a sign in the rooms saying if you're diabetic please take off your shoes but would never ask my dad to remove his. He also complained about his hip and knees. They set up an x-rays only of his hip and called him and said it's arthritis just take aspirin. We switched doctors and he was due for an appointment this month. I called and canceled his appointments and told them he was seeing a new doctor a week prior. On the morning of his blood work appointment I canceled they called him and told him he needed to go and rescheduled it for Monday. I go to see my dad and he told me about the call and I called them and told them he wouldn't be there on Monday and explained I canceled this appointment last week. He then received a call from the office from the same girl I have been speaking with telling him they are his doctor on the insurance. I took the phone and told her he wasn't going to have blood work through them because December 1st he starts with his new doctor and would need to get it through them. She knows my mom passed almost a year ago. I have been dealing with this girl over a year between my mom and dad. Actually going to appointments and seeing her in person. She had the nerve to say what are you his wife!? I said no his daughter and he will not be there. We are both glad to be done with them."

"Da Vita handles my Humana Advantage account. They completely dropped the ball on my knee replacement surgery. They did not coordinate between the hospital and home health care. There is all kinds of finger pointing, but I feel da vita is the main culprit. When I called into the office, the person told me Humana did not have home care. They were clueless. It took several calls from the surgeon's office and da vita to get things going. When you get a knee replacement,the last thing you need is a hassle and a feeling of being left in the cold. Get it together, da vita."
