"Had my first appointment today with the Plantation office. Nothing but kudos to the entire staff for a great visit. But want to give my biggest thanks to Theresa, who works as a new patient scheduler on the phone. My doctor’s office totally screwed up the referral for my appointment today and Theresa went far and beyond what other customer service people would have done by not accepting the screwups that my doctors office made and pushed with numerous phone calls and making sure I could meet my appointment today. Awesome work. Thanks to all, but especially to Theresa."

The way the office has transformed after Dr. Patel left is just amazing, I honestly was going to look for another office, but what she has done with this place, made it feel more welcoming, very stable, even though the doctors were changing. She is really made this office bloom, and I look forward to continuing being a patient, her and Helen have transformed this office. Dr. Brooks is very thorough and his exams. I am very proud to recommend this office. When you are constantly critically ill with lupus, it just makes a world of difference to have a medical staff you believe in."

"I have been a patient since 2016, and have been Dr. Brooks patient for close to a year. He is hands down one of the best doctors I have had with respect to my spine, neck and other neurological issues. He has a great bed side manner, always takes his time with me and is extremely empathetic. He also performs surgical procedures on me and does so with minimal pain and is great with follow up if I am in need of anything related to my treatment. In addition to Dr. Brooks, I would like to recognize Vickie Sterling who pretty much runs the entire Plantation office. She is always available when I need ANYTHING and responds to me immediately if I text the office a message or when I send her (multiple ) emails. She goes above and beyond and is definitely an asset to Global and deserves to be recognized. Last, but not least, Jen, in the pharmacy coordinator department is quick to respond if I have any medication issues and has gone out of her way several times to help me with prescriptions. All (3) of these medical professionals exhibit the utmost care and I highly recommend going to this facility over any other similar practice."

"My experience with Global Neuro & Spine in Plantation has been phenomenal. From setting my initial appointment to my experience with Vickie at the front office I've felt welcomed. The office is very clean. Vickie knows each patient by name, and always gives the patient a warm welcome. My experience with Vickie has always been great. Helen takes time to cheer me and other patients on with kind words, as she welcomes me, and brings me to the room. She is very attentive. Dr. Brooks is exceptional. He listens, he is attentive, and takes time to teach me about my condition to ensure I fully understand. He plans my treatments with me, and not at me. He ensures I understand and agree to exams and treatments he lays out for me. He takes time to listen and truly understand my complaints, and lays out my treatments step by step. Even with my medications, he takes time to ask me do I want to continue and is there a need for it. I'm extremely pleased with the office overall, and Dr. Brooks."
