"One star is only because you cant give them zero. My husband did his immigration paper work using this doctor. Worst mistake. Paid $500 cash to complete our paper work & these people STOLE our money. One month later this office DOES NOT answer calls. All of their calls go to voicemail. 4 weeks no communication and when I finally got through the nasty female at the front desk hung up. Determined to get someone I went to the office 6 times in one day, the office was closed & locked. Finally after office hours at approximately 6:30p I pulled up the nasty female receptionist & who I believe is her husband were finally there. I had to call the POLICE. I have a police report number. These people tried to flee from the officers and I in their black BMW… the officers noticed and then pulled them over. After talking to the police officer in which I purposely made sure to get a report number per our attorney, they told officers my husband can pick up his papers tomorrow after knowing my husband was home for 2 weeks to pick up the papers. So I immediately called my husband told him do not get on his flight and to return back to pick up his paper work, made sure that it was well documented that this office stated tomorrow 10/11/23 at 9am. So if they are not there we have documentation for immigration and my attorney that we have tried every effort to get our paper work that was paid for. I also have phone documentation that we called this office over 100 times in one day. Horrible horrible office. Florida board will be notified with the police incident & also immigration will be notified by my attorney as she witnessed the incident on video. They WILL NOT CONTINUE TO STEAL PEOPLE MONEY. Stay away!"

"The doctor himself seems okay, but he is rarely available for an appointment. The office staff he has hired is ineffective at her job and extremely rude. Her appalling behavior has been witnessed on more than one occasion, with more than one patient. She refuses to call in referrals and get authorizations per the insurance. She seems unable to handle a patient with human decency and needed care. Until the doctor handles his staffing issues within his office, this office isn’t fit to see any patient much less a patient in need of care."

"How do you go to a place that looks like this on the outside?? Sorry, but, it screams untrustworthy to me. I won't let their instruments around me. Imagine they use their thermometer without a sheath or cover in your mouth? Or, blood draws could be contaminated syringes?? You may never know, but just look at this place. When I called the front desk receptionist was kind but not professional at first. She responded "hello" which prompted me to ask if I was calling Evan's Family Care. When you work for a medical facility you are supposed to have an introduction over the phone like " Evan's family Care, how can I assist you?" This is basic, but, will do the trick when trying to attract patients and obviously future customers."

"Visiting this facility on multiple occasions, I can truly say that they are extremely professional and do their best to make you comfortable in the office. Reading the previous reviews, I must say that I cannot agree with them. The receptionist is so patient & professional, and the doctor is the same. I've had a satisfactory experience with every visit to this doctors office and it's stayed consistent throughout the time it's been open."

"A family member of mine made an appointment with Dr. LocLee, first of all "the doctor" didn't show up for the appointment, which I have to say is definitely new to me. Then to add insult to injury I wasn't notified of the doctors absence until 2 and half hours after her appointment was suppose to start. This occurred on all of the occasions she made appointments at this facility. Also the place is filthy, the trash wasn't taken out and a trail of ants accompanied the trash that would not fit into the overfull trashcan, along with the facility having as odor. I don't recommend this place to anyone especially if you actually care about the well being of your loved ones. I must reiterate this is not a facility I would recommend for anyone!"
