"I went in with serious chest pains and issues breathing and made it very clear that I knew my issue was not anxiety-related. They sent me home an hour later with basically a fancy benadryl saying I was dealing with anxiety. That same night, I took myself to the ER and they found I had gallbladder issues. Had my gallbladder surgically removed the next day. This urgent care was not willing to advocate for their patients and overlooked my clear concern and ignored what I said about knowing it was not an anxiety issue, which turned out to be extremely true."

"Stay away. Woman working the front desk was very short and snippy. I had to ask her if she was okay due to the aggression she had toward me. Then she was trying to charge me much much more than the urgent care down the street. Will never go there again and warning others to read some of the reviews first. I went down the street to the Urgent Care and was taken care of right away professionally."

"I don’t think I have ever written a bad Google review before, but this one deserves it! I have never seen a Healthcare location so dirty. It doesn’t look like anyone has maintained this property in years. There are still Covid social distancing and temperature check signs Proving that no one pays attention. The front desk agent was so uninterested in being at work today and hardly raised her voice loud enough for me to understand what she was saying. I was obviously annoying her by existing today. After the eight minutes it took for her to check me in, a person next to me asked how long the wait was going to be as their appointment was 45 minutes ago. At that point, the service and cleanliness of the location told me I should leave. I’ve never run so quickly out of anywhere in my life. Save yourself the trouble and go right up the street to Care spot where it’s clean and they care about you , Advent should be ashamed of themselves"
