"Scheduled appointment at this location since it was the closest date. Still waited a month, scheduled for 12:00 and I get there a few minutes early and the receptionist tells me they're in a meeting and I will have to wait at least 30 minutes. The meeting room is in the lobby and they're giggling as if they're not wasting peoples time. This is so gross and unacceptable. I already waited enough to be seen and you're going to have a meeting during appointment hours.. what?? Will not be coming back obviously but just wanted to share this. I had to come back and add more. So I have to get an X Ray and they put my right hand instead of my left. Not only did you waste more of my time by messing up but I had already paid for the exam and can't get a refund at the moment. I have been in pain now for over 2 months and I either have to go back in person tomorrow which I can't or wait at-least 2 days for them to change the diagnostic. Not cool, and your response is for me to reach out to customer service?? That is insane and so upsetting"

"This location is horrible ! So irresponsible and unprofessional. They messed up my medical records for getting cleared for the university course. Also, I had taken four weeks off from my job as I was supposed to go out of Florida. I lost the course which was so important for me to attend, the money that I had paid for and one month of my salary. Worse than that I’ve not been able to talk to anyone yet. No one is responsible to answer me and explain to me why all these ridiculous things have happened."

Jayrivette has also been awesome since I first moved out to Florida she has guided me on getting a primary dr and I’m very happy.
