"I love this place. The doctor actually spends as much time as you need explaining things. He was an ER doctor for years. Family practice in every sense of the word. Even love Grandma on the phone. She takes that job very seriously. But to look at her, you know she will be baking some cookies for someone later. Love everything about it. Great find."

"I was seen in a timely manner, staff was patient and cheerful. I was seen by both the Doctor an the PA , both were helpful and knowledgeable. I basically wanted a review and refills of my routine medicines. I was given the prescriptions I needed. My husband was also seen in the office that day, he didn't have an appointment but was seen in a quickly time as well.He too was very satisfied with his care,which is a big deal for him because he is not one to visit a doctor unless he is on his last leg!! He was diagnosed and prescribed the correct antibotics to correct his problem. The only drawback I can say is their after hours phone message did not work well, although my call was returned the next morning.....by then the fever of 103 was down. We will return to see Dr Jacob and staff as needed while we are in this area, we are in Green Cove to work on our boat. Will be hear until after hurricane season then off to the Bahamas...back next season!"

"This place nickles and dimes you. If you get blood work done, they want you to schedule another appointment just to go over the results. I could understand that if there was a concern, or something wrong, but to spend another $70+ dollars just for them to tell me everything checked out fine is crazy. My other doctor in Chicago would call me after my results came in and say, everything looks good... Also the receptionist is not nice at all!!!!"
