"I would definitely recommend this location, especially the rehab portion. My grandfather was there for 2 weeks after almost losing him due to several different issues that arose and spending 3 weeks at the Orange Park Hospital. The entire staff was PHENOMENAL with not only my grandpa but my grandma who wasn't the patient but needed assistant getting to and from his room and with wheel chairs. I could not have picked a better facility and staff from the janitorial staff to the CEO that we met for my grandpa. He is a very important part in our family and this place really exceeded our expectations. 10/10 would recommend."

"Posting is for Judith Adkins, as she was the patient. Her words are as follows. Nursing staff showed great care and compassion for the patients under their charge. This was observation what I could see and what I could hear. Each morning there was a smile and "how are you doing today?", as they posted their names on the information board in my room. One minor flaw was that on the evening shift some of the nursing staff was difficult to understand but did their jobs well. My call button was always answered within a reasonable time and the voices were always friendly for my concerns. Rehab staff including speech therapy, occupational, and physical therapy were excellent in their jobs. I made great improvements in movement and was able to go home in 2 weeks. Since I had the most contact with the rehab staff and reconditioning my body, I felt that they would become part of my family as I worked to reach my goals. One of the biggest flaws in my estimation was the food service, since I was on a special diet and they had some difficulty in preparing my meals, and it wasn't until the day before I left the new food service finally got the menu correct, but food was good and adequate and hot on delivery. In summary all staff members from the leaders at the front door to the cleaning staff to all the medical, clerical, and administrative staff, that I came in contact with, left a favorable impression."

"Don't judge a book by the cover, the outside is deceiving. The inside is warm,friendly, and family oriented. The administrators of the ARU wing have taken intellect,skill,and compassion and braided them together perfectly.Their staff and therapists work with each patient on a individual level to deliver exactly what they need.
