"Terrible doctors office. I do not like Balbuena, he won’t refill my prescription for an inhaler. Something I need to breathe! Even after I had an online appointment with him and told him I made another appointment to come in he still wouldn’t refill my prescription. I ended up canceling it after finding out he didn’t send in my prescription after the initial appointment. My family has had problems with this office as well. I have never had a doctor not put my prescription on auto refill. But I have to request every time I need one and wait for it to be approved by them. Already found a new doctors office so I hopefully don’t have to come back to this one."

"I am nurse practitioner myself and have been for over a year. I was denied a pap smear because I was told the office didn't have the equipment, after I was in my gown! All I needed was a simple pap smear- a colposcopy was not needed but Dr Balboa told me otherwise and obviously doesn't know what he's doing How terrible! Have been coming here for years. Will never come again."

"Honestly wldnt rate at All if I cld. Had an apt for two months for blood work and a physical walked in after driving 45 minutes because I moved and I am loyal, I walked in for them to tell me we cld do nothing that day. The male doctor who was new was rude & completely wrote me off I told him I had migraines he didn’t care to hear anything about it or to help he just prescribed my medicine. It didn’t help. Also just had bad experiences with my children as far as them being a pediatrician I had my baby went twice an changed her pediatrician immediately!"

"Had to file a complaint on Dr. Balbalona Extremely dissapointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Front office service and appointment setting is amazing and kind. Although the nurses and Dr. B completely lacked. with Dr. Balbona, I was drug tested without consent or awareness for the medication I’ve been on for four years when I simply thought it was a check up. Was told I picked up my prescription on multiple false occasions when he was on vacation resulting in me being off my medication for a long period of time because I couldn’t get a hold of the office. If you try to contact the nurses office you will be lucky if they answer. Definetely fit for if you’re low income and are desperate to get in quick, definetely dont reccommend as a long term drs office."

"I am extremely pleased with Dr. B and his staff. Dr. B has the most amazing bedside manner I have ever seen in a doctor. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and patient with all my needs. I’m so happy that I found him and looking forward to continue a doctor / patient relationship with him."
