Dr. Joyce and the team were incredibly helpful and recommended a series of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections. Today my shoulder is good as new, and I avoided surgery thanks to their expertise. "Extremely Disappointed Experience I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by CEDA. Despite confirming my procedure yesterday, I arrived today as scheduled at 8 am, only to be informed that there was a mistake, and they couldn't attend to me. This oversight has not only resulted in a significant inconvenience but also caused me financial loss as I had to take a day off and incurred a considerable travel time of over 2 hours. Such a lack of professionalism and organization is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against choosing CEDA for any services, and I will be sharing my unfortunate experience with others."

"I don’t think I’ve ever written a review in my life before but I had an appointment for 9:15am however, here I am at 11:00am as I’m writing this still sitting here in the waiting room along with many others. This is not the first time this has happened. I think the last time I was here I was here for around 4 hours. A doctors appointment shouldn’t be the only event in my entire day. If you can’t see me at 9:15 then don’t schedule the appointment for that time in the first place. I’ve met with the actual doctor here twice and he was great but even then the visit always seems short and seems brushed over like they didn’t even hear me out as to what I’m feeling. So if the visit is so quick like that for me… why am I stuck waiting for over 2 hours to be seen!?! I truly can’t wait til I’m done with treatment so I don’t have to come back here again."
